Not sure I'd call it foolish...logical perhaps....
But we are dealing with MS....logical need not apply....perhaps that
is foolish of us :)
Anyway...yes, with the new versions of Windows, being admin isn't
enough. You have to use "Run as Administrator" to actually do many
admin things.
