Yup - had it forever and IBM have never found a consistent solution.

I know it is not a VPN issue (I'm not using one in the case of one failure - and in fact the VPN connection I use stays alive better than the non-VPN).

The only suggestion IBM ever came up with was that the timeout was on the firewall - but that never made a lot of sense to me.

Did just find this but have no time to test right now - it suggests some Windows registry settings etc.
