No. It started after I ran a Save 21, which is a restricted-state process,
last Friday (13 July). Plus, the connection was, also, lost late on Tuesday
afternoon.

Check QUSRWRK to see when the SBS started. I'm guessing that it restarts
overnight which is why you have to reconnect WDSc.
