How can I tell if I've got the full version or the lite version of
WDSCi v7 loaded?

Launch the Installation Manager and see what's installed?

I've got WDSC 7.0 through RDp 8.0 installed and when I click on the Package Group Name entry for each, the Details pane, Installed Packages and Fixes section, shows the version of WDSC that I have installed.
