The Report Designer does not have a Marquee tool, only the Screen Designer
has that.

May be you were allowed to close that draw and now it will not appear
for you. I have four drawers, unnamed, Records, Fields and Constants.

Matt, I don't have an unnamed folder at the top. "Records" appears at
the very top of the view, right below the "Palette" tab.
