Installation Manager hung updating RDP 8.0.3 -- WDSCI-L

I've installed RDP 8.0.3 from disk. I entered my proxy info into Installation Manager and clicked Update. I have this dialog box up now:

Progress Information
Checking repository https://www.ibm....tware/repositorymanager/entitled...

That same message has been up for 25 minutes and the progress bar has not moved.

Any idea what I need to do to get RDP updated?
