The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Given the recent thread on WDSC/RDP vs PDM/SEU, I thought it might be
useful for the list to know about a recent thread on the IBM
developerWorks site that discusses these matters.

Quoting:
...the entitlements are for WDS (6.1) or RDS (7.1) only, not RDi or RD
Power. As of OS v6.1, WDS was redefined as follows:
WDSc was removed (dead-ended - no entitled migration path)
The compilers and green-screen tools were separated into 3 Feature
Codes:
- one for Heritage Compilers
- one for ILE Compilers
- and one for SEU/PDM, which together we now call ADTS (Application
Development Tool Set)
At the transition from v5 to v6 or v7, you get entitlements to each of
these 3 feature codes, in the quantities listed in my previous post. You
do not get any entitlements to desktop IDEs.
