Yes, there's a catch. I talked to an IBM rep and he said that $416 would
buy you certain amount of time to use the product, it would depend on your
sales rep. It looks like if you're going to use it for several years,
you're better off paying the $800+ with the yearly maintenance fee like
most of us are doing. At least that's what I understood. If you're
really serious about purchasing a license, you're better off talking to
your sales rep.
