Changing the binding to Ctrl-Shift-A and changing the When to In Windows
resolved it for me.

Thanks everyone. I really missed that and I can't believe that I put up
with it's loss for as long as I've done.

And I get no little box popping up expressing confusion, just the enter
the member info window I'd expect.

I only had two Ctrl-Shift-A's. Apparently the Open Occurrence in File
one's When excludes it from being used when I'm editing.
