Did you start RDP using "Run as Administrator" before installing the plugin? I have seen the same type of problem with the Profound UI plugin if installed without running as administrator. Try uninstalling the plugin and reinstall with administrator privileges.

Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] Open source plug-in for WDSC / RDi

I have upgraded to RDP 8.0.3 on Window 7 64bit and re-installed the label plug-in.
The Help - Install New Software - Available software window shows the plug-in to be installed, but the Preferences - General - Appearance - Label Decorations list does not show the plug-in and I do not have labels in RSE.

My manager is on Windows 7 32-bit and does not have this problem. Does anyone know of a work around or fix?
