Robert, there is indeed a problem with the automatic completion of control
blocks in 8.0.3. Specifically, it happens for nested control blocks. If
you've got your SELECT and MONITOR opcodes inside an IF block, they no
longer auto complete as before. We've got APAR SE49313 open to track this
issue.

It will be fixed in the next service pack after 8.0.3.

[WDSCI-L] RDp 8.0.3 Upgrade and LPEX Issue
Sent by:

I just recently upgraded to 8.0.3 and have found an aggravating issue in
the LPEX editor. Before the upgrade for example, I was able to enter the
opcode SELECT and when I pressed enter the ENDSL opcode would be entered
automatically on the next line. Since the upgrade to 8.0.3, it will not
do it. It still works for IF statements and DO loops, but it won’t for
SELECT and MONITOR statements. There may be other opcodes that have the
same issue and I just haven’t encountered them yet.

Is anyone having the same problem?

Thanks,
