I have the same experience/issue. I miss the "triangle" character
displayed
in place of the color attribute byte in prior versions, and have
not found
a "work-around". I have had problems with the attribute byte when
it
gets misplaced and have taken to removing all such from existing
source, but am not happy with this solution as it leaves the SEU
die-hards without that benefit.
