Problem with Screen Designer -- WDSCI-L

The problem with Screen Designer where moving a field in a format that
referenced a window resulted in the field being moved to row 1 of the window
is back.

I have installed the latest fix pack, and in fact have reinstalled the
original fix of the Edit.jar file and restarted RDp with the -clean option,
but it still fails.

Did the latest fix pack break something else?
