The iProjects files follow the Eclipse file associations which are set in
the Preferences->General->Editors->File Associations

Quick clarification. I am having trouble with file associations in the
iSeries Project panel, not the Remote Systems Explorer. RSE brings up
LPEX as expected. iSeries Projects does not.
