Hi Jeff
Yes multiple selection support in Report Designer is not promoted by the
marquee tool because it is much more difficult and complex.
I have not been able to reproduce adjusting the font. The font adjustment
is done by the slider at the bottom of the page. I don't know if you are
inadvently selecting the thumb of that slider.

Thanks Edmumd,
I was hoping that there was a tool like the marquee that would allow the
selection using the mouse over.
Any idea why sometimes when I select multpile fields using the CTL select
method
and then try to move the block, it just adjusts the font instead of moving
the
fields?
Thanks,

Holding the Ctrl key and selecting the individual fields worked for me.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Report Designer Question
Sent by: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx
Is there any way to select multiple fields in one selection (like using the
marquee tool in the screen designer)?
After I select multiple fields, is there a way to move them in a block?
Presently, when I select multiple fields (by selecting each one), when I
try to
move them as a block, the report designer does not allow it. Instead, it
just
attempts to adjust the display font.
Thanks,
