Yes, opening up an RFE for that would make sense.

I always wondered where I should go with some minor (yet annoying) bugs.
Things that maybe really aren't bugs, but where the content-assist hasn't
kept up with latest RPG compiler development (DS w/in a DS). Should I put
that in RFE?
And thanks for this link.

Further to this RFE process I would like to add a couple of small
comments:
1) Please make use of it (but please don't abuse it). The RFE process
really is a pretty direct conduit to get your ideas in front of
development.
2) If you have opened a DCF using the old system recently (say in 2011) I
would encourage you to re-open it as an RFE

Here is a community where you can collaborate with our Rational Developer
for Power development team and other product users to let us know how we
can improve the product:
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/
You can do this by submitting product requests for enhancements (RFEs) or
by searching, viewing, commenting on, voting for, watching, and tracking
existing requests.
Thanks,
