**UNDEF** subprocedures in Outline view -- WDSCI-L

Anyone know what might cause procedures to show up in the outline view
with '**UNDEF**' as the name?

I have a service program with 25 procedures where the first 10 procedure
names are defined and the others are marked as **UNDEF**.

WDSC Version: 7.0.0
