'Fraid not, Vern. I keep hoping to get back to COMMON or go to System I
Developer, but personal obligations mitigate against either at this point.
Besides, I've been to Minneapolis in the spring; that's what we call winter
in Tennessee!

Back to the future, my friend! And belated congrats on getting another
position - will we see you in balmy Minneapolis in May?

Nevermind. This was the first time I had used Designer on this PC, and it

I installed WDSc 7.0 on my PC, including Code Designer. I have used both
in
another life.

But I'm having a real issue with Designer while working on a report file.
When I select "Properties.Basics" on a field, I do not see the Skip/Space
options. The record format is a relative format, if that makes any
difference. I have always had the Skip/Space options available for
printer
files at that other life, and I cannot imagine that Code Designer (or any
portion of Code) has any service packs/fixes/PTFs.

I do not recall ever having to set a preference or anything to show the
Skip/Space options before, but I checked everything on the menu bar and
could not find anything.

What have I missed? I can always go into the DDS and add the keywords,
but
I never have had to do so before (and I'm a lazy tart).
