Not sure I buy that argument...

If even RPGIII SEU/PDM isn't enhanced....I'm sure there must still be
a cost incurred by IBM when making sure that the silly things still
work with a new release of the OS.

It's one thing to protect a customer's investment....

It's another to make it easier (cheaper) to sit in the past than to
move forward.
