Download directly from IBM (see my previous post on the articles I've written). The trick is getting your licenses ("activation kits").

How have folks been upgrading to RDP 8? I have SWMA and I am running
RDP 7.6 and I expected to see a download option in ESS but I don't. IBM
is my "business partner" (I purchase/lease directly from them) and I
will admit that in the past they have been a little flaky in managing
the license/SWMA records.

Just interested in where folks found/obtained their "upgrade".
