The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

No worries. Next year at this time marketing has new names for everything
again :)

Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] IBM is so confusing!
I don't like the name Rational Developer at all. First of all the developer
is me, not the program I use. Development Studion was therefore better in my
view. And as for Rational. Surely we're all Rational already. Are there any
irrational developers out there? Ok you do come across some rather
irrational code now and again.
Also I'd like to know how I should call myself on my CV :
RPG programmer means something completely different;
i developer? I don't do iphone nor ipad! IBM i developper? iSeries
developper? Here, if I want to be understood, it's AS400 developper.
Am I not really a Rational developer for Power Systems Software? In fact, I
just put "developer for IBM i/iSeries/AS400. I hope they don't come up with
another name for that black box out back :-)
