i have done some tests on my box and i think now its clear what has
happened.
At first you have installed the WDSCi 7.0 plugins into your RDP 8.0
installation. That was definitely wrong.
Then you have deinstalled the plugins. Of course you could think the plugins
are really deinstalled. But that?s not the whole truth. Theres a kind of
cache, where the plugins are still remain.
Next you have installed the RDi 7.5 plugins into your RDP 8.0 installation.
You could think, that the system takes the files from the update site you
have specified. But because the plugin id`s and version numbers of the WDSCi
7.0 and RDi 7.5 plugins are equal the system takes the plugins from the
cache and not from your specified update site. And this plugins are still
the WDSCi 7.0 plugins. I also don`t understand the sense why the eclipse
developers have done this this way. But it is how it is.
Here are the steps to solve the problem.
Start RDP
Deinstall all four plugins (Albireo, TN5250J ...)
Restart RDP
Check if the plugins are really deinstalled.
Finish RDP
In folder "C:\Program Files\IBM\SDPShared\plugins\features" are still the
TN5250J features although you have deinstalled it from RDP. Delete those
four feature folders.
In folder "C:\Programme\IBM\SDPShared\plugins\plugins" are still the TN5250J
plugins although you have deinstalled it from RDP. Delete those four plugin
jars.
In folder "C:\Programme\IBM\SDPShared\plugins" there is a file
"artifacts.xml". Open this file with an editor e.g. notepad.
Delete all statements from <artifact ...> to </artifact>, which points to an
Albireo or TN5250 plugin/feature and count how many <artifact ...> and
</artifact> pairs you have deleted.
In the following tag <artifacts size='8'> reduce the size parameter with the
pairs you have deleted.
Save your changings.
Install TN5250J once again. Take the file TN5250JBundleUpdateSiteRSE2.
And now it will hopefully works.

I have a folder named TN5250JBundleUpdateSiteRSE1 which I used for V7.
The folder I downloaded last week is named TN5250JBundleUpdateSiteRSE2
Which I got it from your website as option 8
