I keep having this EVFC3020 - Requested information is not available from the cache showing when I right-click a /copy or /include line in RPGLE. All libraries where the member is located are in the library list.

Is there a way to change where RDP goes looking for the member? Which connection,etc.?

I set logging to log everything and got a bunch of stuff, including a reference to a connection, NOT the one I'm using. Here it is - repeated lines are skipped -
