Eric, please open an enhancement request for this.
The idea is to enable the Add button in this scenario when a DSPATR is
selected.
It does not sound too difficult.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] RDP V8.0 Screen Designer - Issue

Sent by: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx

So far I have been impressed with how well the Screen Designer has been
working in the latest version of RDP. I did run across an issue that
exists in V7.6 but forgot about it until I ran across it again and it is
still present in V8.0. Here's what is happening, how it was created, and
the workaround I currently have...it's a small issue at that.

-- Drag a "Named Field" onto the screen.
-- On the Properties tab, select the Attributes tab.
-- Click on any of the attributes. Click Add. For example, I clicked on
High Intensity.
-- Click on the attribute you just added. It is highlighted and the
Indicators button is enabled along with Remove. I might want to apply an
indicator to this attribute for example.
-- Now click on another attribute. The Modify and Remove buttons are now
enabled. But in this case I want to Add another attribute that is not
related to the first one I added. For example, I clicked on Protected, and
I plan to specify an indicator for this one.

I can't click outside the currently listed attribute, DSPATR(HI), within
the Properties tab to get RDP to recognize it's a new attribute I want to
add. The workaround for this is to go back up to the screen display, click
on the field again, and then DSPATR(HI) is no longer highlighted. I can
then click on another attribute and the Add button is then available.

The desired function is to allow the Add button to be available, and RDP
knows to add it instead of updating the highlighted attribute. It's a
simple fix I believe, and would result in at least one fewer click for the
user.
