Look in Help->About, then installation details and the Plug-ins tab.
Sort by Provider and look for SoftLanding Systems, Inc.
What is the version you are running?
If it's not 7.5.0.20101028, then you have an old version and should download
the latest.
If you are on that version, then I would need to know more symptoms to offer
assistance.

This is great that IBM is at least beginning the process of adding this
type of support to the base product. It's a good start - keep up the
good work.

Not to be too greedy, but when can we expect native support for message
queues? The Softlanding extensions have worked great for that, but I
haven't been able to get them to work in 8.0.

Some new ability to view Spooled Files was added in RDp 8.0.

This work was done un-officially, by one of the developers as an
interest project in their free time at home.

It is included in the shipped release, but was never officially
designed, reviewed, or tested.
There is no mention of it in any of the documentation or help.

(Yes, it was intentionally included in the release . (:-)

As such, it is also not officially supported; so we won't be accepting
PMRs or APARs on it.

Yes, it could be improved, and hopefully will be.
