I don't know about all the campaigns and deals available, but I can tell
you the the packaging for RD Power v8 does include the visual designers.
That separation was for WDSc Advanced Edition and does not apply to the
Rational Developer series.

I'm about to give my manager a quote on RDP V8. I'm currently using WDSC
7. Does the $860 price include the Visual Designers: Screen Designer &
Report Designer? I remember seeing that in the WDSC version they were
priced separate. Also if anyone has any tips of getting a better deal I
would greatly appreciate it.
