Thanks, Edmund. I appreciate it, and you're right, tone gets lost on a list, especially gentle kidding.

And I also get Mike's point that PMRs work better than posts on a mailing list. I'm just not sure how the PMR would be worded. I don't know for sure, but I suspect his request would be similar to mine: "Stop changing features, menus and options". As I get older, I really appreciate the fact that the same command does the same thing for so long in the i world (the commands have the same name longer than the operating system itself <grin>).

We at IBM definitely appreciate all the promotion and teaching you do on
our behalf. You do a much better job at reaching people with our own
message, than we do ;-)

I think Mike was just giving you a compliment in saying how intimidating
you are.
If you would know Mike, you would know he is speaking in a light-hearted
manner and is always making jokes. I know that tone and facial expressions
get lost in the electronic communication. But rest assured we do value and
respect you and all of your contributions.
