Dan,
Yes, support for WDSC has expired. Especially for the WDSC 6.0 product,
which has not been supported for years. WDSC 7.0 is believe still has
patches available online, but no new patches or fixes are expected to be
released.
What OS release are you on? If you had ever ordered OS400 media for
V5R3 or V5R4, you should have been shipped a WDSC 7.0 installation pack.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] How to update WDSC 6.0?
Had to reload my system and re-install WDSC 6.0. Went to do an update
via
RPU, but it threw the following error messages:
Invalid update site url for IBM Rational Product Updater 6.0.0.4:
http://www3.software.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/rationalsdp/updater/60/u
pdate/site.xml
Invalid update site url for IBM Rational Web Developer:
http://www3.software.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/rationalsdp/rwd/60/updat
e
Invalid update site url for IBM WebSphere Development Studio Client for
iSeries:
http://www3.software.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/websphere/iseries/wdsc60
0/update
I pasted each URL into my browser and was able to bring up the page
showing
the directory.
Looks like WDSC is no longer supported by IBM. Does that mean no
updates
are available, even for manual download and install?
TIA,
Dan
