I always use Verify. Not sure what LM(i) is, however.

After going to RDP - I miss the error that would tell me I didn't have a prototype defined for a procedure.

Whenever I have a file change (we're a small shop so I generally know when that happens), then I'll Verify with Prompt and refresh the cache.

I only compile with LM(i) and never verify...

I thought that silly verifier was just to validate syntax and never gave it
much thought after I saw the odd things that it reports. It's cute, but thus
far not meaningful and I quit using it. Sometimes if you "refresh the
cache" you'll get a better/different result (prompt the verification, click
cache in the list on the left, then check "Refresh cache").

I see this all the time when the compiler can't find the display,
printer or physical file. Is your library list set correctly?

Anyone ever experience the iSeries Error List showing errors after a

It looks like all the errors are related to messages such as fields not
defined that it should see defined in my display file.

Thanks
