I got this message and checked the members in that file, and Zendsvr isn't
there.
I thnk I read about QATMHINSTC somewhere, but not sure where.
STRTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(ZENDSVR)

Problem detected with instance file QATMHINSTC in library QUSRSYS
HTTP server not started.
STRTCPSVR completed successfully; however errors occurred.
