Do you have a source open in the workspace when you closed WDSC and
subsequently when you re-opened WDSC? I have found that if you close the
source before closing WDSC, this problem does not occur.

When you have WDSC open, close your source, then uncheck work off line and
connect your system.

Yesterday when I started WDSc, it gave me an RSEC3001E (The connection &1
is currently offline and cannot be connected). I tried unchecking "Work
Offline", but that did nothing. I was forced to restore my workspace from
backup. Today it's doing the same thing.

Has anyone else seen this? Is there any way to fix it?
