No. Actually, I have an empty source member. I created a new source member using RSE which it then opened in the editor. The template I am experimenting with is actually a shell for creating a new module. Usually, I copy and paste it but I wanted to try it as a template.

I can't find where Content Assist is enabled or disabled, and I couldn't find any info on that with a web search either.

You're not in browse mode of a source are you? Content Assist won't work in that scenario.
