My concern was with the license since I figured I could find a trial somewhere. The license has become the issue! Yes, we have SWMA. Yes, we have an entitlement to RDi (all of which I can see in ESS) but the Rational Licensing web site (yet *another* place to go to get license information?) says that I need a site number that begins with a "000" and a sales order number that begins with "00". None of which I can find. More interesting is that everything seems to point to Passport Advantage, which *my* customers purchase but I don't think a business partner has access to. As a BP I don't think we were given a PA account.

Looks like the simplest thing is to throw this back over the fence to IBM.

You can download the latest from here:

http://www-01.ibm.com/software/rational/products/rdp/

but you will still need the license key to use it past the trial period.

How have folks been getting their hands on the RDP update? We are
current on SWMA, and are licensed for RDi, but in ESS neither the
downloads section nor the order updates section has an option for RDP.
IBM is our Business Partner since this machine is on the developer lease
program but before I contact them, I just wanted to make sure I didn't
miss an obvious source for the update.
