I have played with Screen Designer ... and dislike it.

I find GUI interface designers useful only up to a point ... even when I'm working with Java (SWT, to be specific) I use a GUI panel designer only to create a prototype ... after the prototype is created, any changes the designer makes are more destructive than useful.
