I thought someone put an entry in the wiki on ordering the product CDs. It
could just be my memory (or me imagining that I still remember things
clearly), but I couldn't find it. So I did a search through the archives
and still couldn't find it. After doing a more general Internet search, I
finally have it.

Have your BP order 5722WDS feature code 2658. (It is or rather was a no
charge feature code.) That is the feature code for the WDSCi CDs. I
would get on it pretty quickly as it was withdrawn from marketing over two
years ago and support is scheduled to end in April. At this point, it's
the only way you're going to have shot at getting the WDSC disks.

Just contact your BP and get the CD's if you can't download it.
