FWIW, I tried Data Studio last week, and went back to Quantum.

The content assist (Ctrl-Space) is nice to have, but I sorely missed my "Export to excel" function.

Just my 2 cents.

I'm really sorry to have suggested something that has caused you so
much trouble.

I am running it in RDp and it is by no means slow or clunky. It does
what is should without have to map network drives etc and it does it
really well. I have dropped Quantum for Data Studio.

I hope you give it another go if you ever go to RDi/RDp.
