I had to be sure a certain optional part or perspective was installed, like
Java Developer or something like that. Then that view was available again
and it's still called Snippets (and I luuuuuuuuv them).

I copied the file from WDSC 7.0 to RDi 7.5. Just make certain you copy
the file after you close RDi or RDP.
