I didn't hear an answer on this. As far as the pricing goes, talk to
your business partner. I think the pricing isn't nearly as firm as it's
been made out to be. Rational are going to support WDSC 7.0 until April
2010 (

As for the learning curve, I think that depends upon your programming.
If you're a green screen / back end RPG programmer like me, I don't
think there will be any learning curve at all. If you're a web person
there's a raft of new stuff with each release that you need to absorb.
