I know you said it was Windows 7, but are the new system 32bit or 64bit?

That option doesn't appear in his install manager.... I can see it in mine
(and I'm running XP-Pro). The only thing we installed yesterday was the
bare bones WDSCi components (which only prompted for the first two install
discs). There was another option selected (by default) for install but we
deselected that option. IIRC that option was for some java stuff?
