Been there, done that.

There is a keyboard shortcut for switching keyboard layouts, which you (probably) accidentally hit.

Check your control panel / Regional and Language Options / Languages / Details

If more than one keyboard is defined on the Settings tab of Text Services and Input Languages, there will be a "Key settings" button...

After receiving a new PC and a fresh installation of WDSC
version........6!

My AZERTY keyboard was working as QWERTY although it functionned
correctly with all other programmes on the PC.

It was almost impossible to work, eg Ctrl +w was changed to Ctrl + z !

The solution :

1. go home for the weekend
2. Restart the pc monday

Everything's fine now.

Just one for the archives. Actually I find that solution works often
with many other problems!
