I have the view it's just blank. I don't even have the refresh message at the top.

Have you tried Window...Show View...Other... and locate Outline (part of the General branch) and click on it? See if that gets your Outline view back.

I am having issues with creating new connections in WDSC. When opening a source member in the new connection I cannot get the outline view to display. Refreshing it doesn't appear to work either. The same source member in an already existing connection displays the outline view just fine.
The new connection is also disappearing when I close and restart WDSC. It's like enough of it is there for me to see but not enough to actually do anything.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I tried searching the archives but didn't come up with anything that seemed relevant.
I am using version 7.0.0, build 20070202_0030.
