WDSC - Progress window - Resolving ....

I am a regular user of WDSC v7 and for some reason today when I start WDSC
it is displaying a Progress Window that never completes. The progress
window displays "Resolving LIBRARY/SOURCEFILE(MEMBER) MBRPTYPE(*)". If
tell WDSC to open a different(New) workspace it starts properly but then I
lose all of my settings and perspectives. Does anyone have any
suggestions as to how I can fix the problem and still keep my settings and
perspectives?
