Can't you just call that same CL from within RDi in the Command window?
I only do tweaks to my Libl, so I use the Library List filter, and in the command window I can see that all I'm doing is request a command to execute.

What's the easiest way to deal with library lists in RDi 7.5? In SEU
programmers default to the development libraries and call a CL to set
the production libraries when ready to compile into production. Then
another CL to go back to development. Or they use EDTLIBL if they
need to setup something out of the ordinary.
Other than creating a user defined command, the only way I know of is to set the library list on the connection.
