James,

Something I found on SystemiNetwork:

Configuring WDSc to Reset the Dates

1. Open WDSc.
2. Click Windows|Preferences.
3. Click LPEX Editor|User Actions.
4. In the *Name* field, type: setDate
(Warning: The word "setDate" is case-sensitive)
5. In the *Class name* field, type: com.ibm.lpex.samples.SetDateAction
6. Click the Set button, then click Apply.

The custom key action runs the user action when a particular key combination
is pressed. In this case, I set it up to run the setDate class when Alt-F2
is pressed.

1. Go to Preferences|LPEX Editor|User Key Actions.
2. In the *Key* field, type: a-f2
3. In the *Action* field, type: setDate
4. Click the Set button, then click the OK button.

Now What?

Now that you've told WDSc what the key action does, you're ready to try it
out.

Unlike SEU's F13 function, this tool can set particular source lines,
depending on which ones you've highlighted with the mouse. So, the first
thing you have to do is select the lines that you want to reset with the
mouse. Or, you can press Ctrl-A to select the entire member.

Now, press Alt-F2. A dialog box appears and asks for the date that you want
to set the selected source lines to. You can type a date (in
*YYMMDD*format), or you can type 000000 (six zeroes) to reset the
dates to zero.

To view the source dates in WDSc, press Shift-F10 and choose Source|Show
date area. This way, you can verify that the dates were set to the one that
you typed.
