The only problem that I found was that by executing the "launchpad.exe"
on V7.5.1, it didn't want to start the Install process on Vista x64, so
the only way that I found it would be possible was by installing it
using a Repository from the Install Manager.
Make sure that you already have installed "Installation Manager", not
necessary to have an IBM ID, unless you would like to search Updates
online.
Run Installation Manager as Administrator, click on File->Preferences,
Add Repository, then give your local path where you have the RBD Setup
Image. Then go to the Installation Manager main screen and click
Install, the rest of the process is pretty straight forward.

Ohh yes, it can. I have RBD and RDi installed on Vista x64. But I think
it was a little tricky to get it installed. Let me recall and I will
post it again.

Does anybody know if you can run RDi on Vista 64? I'm pretty sure it's
not supported but I know many times works vs supported are different
things.
There was a previous thread about it that mentioned 7.0 did not since
it's based on Eclipse 3.2 but it looks like RDi 7.5 is based on Eclipse
3.4.
Thanks,
Brandon Peterson
