I've seen that a few times, If I click in the outline view it stops that
instance of the bug, I haven't entered a bug complaint. Like you, I have
no idea where to enter one.

I have found a bug in 7.0 and it has been annoying me like crazy. I
finally
have it narrowed down.
1) If I file a bug for WDSC 7 would IBM look at it?
2) Where do I go to file it?
The bug? In RSE if you have Link with Editor active, occasionally, the
editor will start to switch automatically between two or more source files
back and forth. The only way to stop it is to either close one of the
source
files or unclick the link with editor button. I can't duplicate it to the
point where I can make it happen, but it happens one ore more times a day
for me.
