I have a developer using WDSC 7 (in a Citrix environment) that is running
into a port conflict when he is starting his test server. It happens to be
running into a conflict on port 2810 (It looks like another user's Lotus
Notes connection has grabbed the port 2810 at least for today).

We found a location in the software to change the bootstrap port, but when
we restart the server it keeps trying to use the previous port number of
2810. Can anyone give some advice here?
