Have you submitted a PMR? That is a problem report - see if you are able 
to call IBM support - someone at your company should know this, and how 
to do it. You can also submit software service requests - the other name 
for it - on the Internet. You need an IBM ID and password - free - then 
have to associate your iSeries to your name. I much prefer using that 
method but it might be easier to call.
