I believe the problem is with using the LPEX editor for the debug
session instead of the debugger editor. The way I understand it is that
the "Center view on execution line" option only works for the debugger
editor.
With WDSC 7.0 preferences, you can go to Run/Debug -> Compiled Debug
window, select "Always use Debugger Editor while debugging".
