Do you mean the Windows command line? As in write some Python or
something to get the associated library and list of members from the
project directory, then call JT400 methods to compare with the server?

I was initially thinking of using FTP, downloading the list from the
library (might bring in more than necessary), massaging it a bit with some
text tool (that's the magic part). One could construct a similar list from
the directory in the workspace and then run a compare tool that would show
differences. It's not a one or two liner by any means so it might be more
work than it's worth. I've used a similar technique to compare directories
to zip file contents.
